There is a $100 deposit required to book, drink, ice cream, bumper car and soft play parties. There is a $50 deposit required for all yard card greeting rentals. The remaining balance has to be paid within 5 days of the event date. Cancellations are welcome within 5 days of the event with a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel without a 5 day notice, you will lose all monies paid to date. You may receive a reschedule credit for another date if you cancel outside of the 5 day window. This credit can only be used once and there after, you forfeit any monies paid. All last minute booked services are final, and will be subject to a no refund policy. We understand things come up and that things happen, but we purchase supplies etc beforehand to make your day great. If you foresee any issues, please let us know right away, and we’ll try our best to help if we can. Please note that all yard card greeting signs are RENTALS and will be picked up within 24hours or more. Once you have booked your service, a more detailed service agreement, will be sent to the customers email to read, and give consent you understand policies and procedures for your service.  Policies are subject to change within discretion of the owner on a as needed basis
